The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.52 of 2023, arising out of Balumath P.S. Case No. 155 of 2022, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 427, 387, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar. On 02.08.2022, extremists belonging to T.S.P.C., a banned organization had come to the work site of the informant and opened fire to enforce the demand of Rangdari. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though, the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but there was no transfer of money. It was further submitted that nobody was injured in the said occurrence. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court as well as by this Court. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar, in connection with S.T.
