GP FOR HIGHER EDUCATION (AP) The court made the following ORDER:- The writ petition is filed under Art. 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following main relief:- “……to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for regularization of service into grant KV-aid post from the date of initial appointment as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and un- constitutional consequentially direct the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner in the grant in-aid post under the control of 4th respondent college from the initial appointment and pay consequential benefits on par with similarly placed persons in various colleges across the state.……” 2. When the matter is called, it is represented by Sri P.R.K. Amarendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government for Higher Education, that in view of subsequent events taken 3 place in the lis, the petitioner namely, Smt. U Phani Kumar was selected as Lecturer in Botany through APPSC, Vijayawada, in the year 2021 and was posted to Government Degree College, Seethampet on 15.07.2021. Making the said submissions, they state that no further orders are required in the lis. 3. Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
