The judgment dated 23.06.2025 is modified to the extent that paragraph 3(a) is directed to be read as “The suit was filed by the respondent/plaintiff, inter alia, seeking recovery of possession under Section 6 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 (‘SRA’), along with reliefs of permanent and mandatory injunction and rendition of accounts in respect of property bearing No. 9, Gautam Nagar, New Delhi-110049 (hereafter ‘the suit property’).” 4.
