Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly appearing before the Inspector of Police, Vellore South Police Station, Vellore. 4. Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in para no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5931 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
