The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 363 of 2024 arising out of Balidih P.S. Case No. 63 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 365/34, 302, 201, 120-B of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bokaro. 3. On 25.02.2023, brother of the informant went missing. Suspicion was raised upon this petitioner, who is the wife of the deceased, that she might have a hand in disappearance of her husband. 4. It was submitted that dead body of the deceased was recovered on the basis of confession of her paramour namely Manilal Dutta. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and as per submission, nothing incriminating was recovered on her confession, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bokaro in connection with S.T.
