In deference to the earlier order dated 17.06.2026, Hon’ble Mr. Justice D. Biswas, Former Acting Chief Justice of the Gauhati High Court and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Siddharth Mridul, Former Chief Justice of Manipur High Court has furnished their written declarations, which are available in the case record, wherein they have expressed no difficulty in being appointed as a Arbitrators for the respective parties in deciding the matter. 3. Accordingly, the appointment of Hon’ble Mr. Justice D. Biswas, Former Acting Chief Justice of the Gauhati High Court and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Siddharth Mridul, Former Chief Justice of Manipur High Court is confirmed as learned Arbitrators for the Petitioner and the Respondent respectively. 4. Accordingly, both these learned Arbitrators for their respective parties will now elect the Presiding Arbitrator. 5. Copy of this order shall be marked to the learned Arbitrators by the Registry. 6. The learned counsel for the parties are also permitted to appear and place a copy of this order before the respective Arbitrator. Page No.# 3/3 7.
