The present Petition under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the Petitioner seeking setting aside of the Order dated 29.04.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge in CC No. 42/21 seeking a direction to produce complete Inventory Report dated 21.10.2009 prepared by Respondent No.2. A prayer is also made to direct Respondent No.2 to produce the books/ accounts lying in the locked almirah as per List of Inventory dated 03.02.2011. 2.
