Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is retired from the post of Assistant Grand-II from Janpad Panchayat, Dist- Sakti on 31.12.2021, though the services of the petitioner are pensionable as he is joined in the service in the year 1989 yet he has not been provided any pension after his retirement. He raised his grievance to the authorities on 26.06.2025 by filing the representation (Annexure-P/3) but the same has not been decided till date. Therefore, the authority may be directed to decide his pending representation dated 26.06.2025 in accordance with law.
3. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes on merits, however, he would submit that it is for the Respondent No. 3 & 4 to take the decision on pending representation of the petitioner, however, if the representation is being forwarded to the State authorities for its
consideration, they will take its decision without any further delay.

Considering the limited grievance made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent authorities to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2025 (Annexure-P/3) within 04 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with law and applicable rules and circulars governing the fields.
5. The petitioner is directed to produce the copy of this order within two weeks from today to the respondent authorities.
