Instructions have been placed before this Court by learned Standing Counsel and are taken on record after providing copy of the same to learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This petition has been filed for the following relief: "(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to reaffixed the boundaries marked in pursuance of order dated 24.02.2023. (b) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to take appropriate decision upon the application of the petitioner dated 13.07.2024 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, so the order dated 24.02.2023 may be complied with." 4. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has stated that boundary marks have been installed. 5. Since boundary marks have been installed, no cause of action survives, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter. 6. Accordingly, the petition is consigned to record.
