N V ANANTHA KRISHNA The Court made the following: ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Case under Sections 397 & 401 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/accused aggrieved by the judgment dated 13.09.2010 in Crl.A.No.257 of 2008, whereby the judgment passed by the learned IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada, in C.C.No.109 of 2006 dated 14.8.2008 was confirmed. 2. Heard. Perused the entire material on record. 3. This Court by orders, dated 01.05.2025 had directed to issue bailable warrant to the petitioner. The Station House Officer, Karapa Police Station, Kakinada District, submitted a report stating that the petitioner died on 17.10.2022 and a copy of the death certificate is also enclosed along with the report. 4. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
