Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a writ order of direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 25.02.2025 passed by the respondent Commissioner Additional Gorakhpur Mandal, 2024 No.2 i.e. (Administration) of Gorakhpur in Appeal No.55 (Computer Case No.C202405000000055) (Hajarat Ali Vs. Ahmad Ali and others) under section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. It has been further contended that the matter has only been remanded and the petitioner can also contested the proceedings before the trial court. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5.
