The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking issuance of an appropri- ate order or direction to official respondents for proper and fair investigation of FIR No.69 dated 25.07.2024 registered under Section 420, 120-B at Police Station Longowal, District Sangrur and take action on her representa- tion dated 17.03.2025 (Annexure P-4). 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has recently filed a representation on 17.03.2025 before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur (Annexure P-4) raising her grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereon.
