1. Heard Mr. Sanjay Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr. Saumya Rai, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the State/respondent No.1.
2. Since the above-captioned petitions arise out of a common FIR, this Court is disposing of the same by this common judgment.
3. Both the petitions have been filed by petitioners being aggrieved by the impugned FIR bearing Crime No. 302/2023 dated 16.05.2023 lodged by respondent No.2 at Police Station, Ambikapur, District – Surguja (C.G.) for alleged offence punishable under Section 420, 34 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits as the charge-sheet has already been filed against the petitioners, therefore, he wants to withdraw both the petitions with liberty to challenge the same.
5. Accordingly, both the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
6. Certified copy of the documents annexed with these petitions shall be returned back to the petitioners after retaining photocopies of the same. Sd/- Sd/-
