Accordingly, all these cases are being tagged together and disposed of by a common order. 3. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2025 corresponding to Cyber Crime Case No. 105 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D & 84C of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge-cum-Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar. 4. On 15.05.2025 at about 1:00 P.M., Cyber police Deoghar, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near Raydih forest, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended these petitioners alongwith co-accused persons. On search, mobile phones are alleged to have been recovered from their possession. 5. It was submitted that petitioners are in custody since 16.05.2025. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge-cum-Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
