5. Petitioner has challenged the order dated 26.07.2023 passed by Additional Commissioner, Garhwal Mandal, Pauri in Revision No. 23 of 2022-23.
6. Mohd. Matlub, learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 & 4 submits that against the same order, which is impugned in this writ petition, petitioner approached Board of Revenue by filing Revision No. 32 of 2023-24, which has been dismissed vide judgment dated 20.01.2025. Thus, he submits that the relief, as sought in the writ petition, do not survive and petitioner has a remedy to challenge the judgment passed by Board of Revenue.
7. This Court finds substance in the submission made by learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 & 4. After decision by Board of Revenue in a revision, challenging the same order which is impugned in this writ petition, the relief, sought in the writ petition, do not survive.
8. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
