Mr. Vishwadeep Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Heard. Petitioner feels aggrieved against the order dated 21.08.2025 passed by Sub-Divisional, Collector, Nurpur, District Kangra, H.P. under provisions of the H.P. Public Premises (Eviction and Rent Recovery) Act, 1971. Pursuant to above order, notice has also been issued to the petitioner by the Temple Officer-cum-Tehsildar, Mandir Damtal, Tehsil Indora, District Kangra, H.P on 27.10.2025. On being confronted, learned counsel for the petitioner 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 acknowledged that petitioner has efficacious and alternative remedy for assailing the impugned order under the H.P. Public Premises (Eviction and Rent Recovery) Act, 1971. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the proceedings with liberty to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his grievance. 3.
