Nageswararao, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and Sri P. Somaraj, learned Counsel representing Sri R. Kalyan Chakravarthy, learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Respondent No.4. 2. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners submits that despite service, he is unable to contact his clients. 4 3. Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Deputy Collector/District Head Housing, dated 07.07.2025, along with the Written Instructions furnished by the Tahsildar of Mulagada, dated 15.07.2025, and certain photographs. Copies of it are supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and the same are taken on record. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has drawn the attention of this Court to the Written Instructions furnished by the Tahsildar of Mulagada, dated 15.07.2025. These Written Instructions would indicate that the Writ Petitioners intend to withdraw the present Writ Petition as they already own houses in Survey No.17/1 of Yeduruvanipalem, Hamlet of Mulagada Village and Mandal, and that the subject land is now vacant without any dwelling houses. 5. The relevant portion of the Written Instructions is usefully extracted hereunder: “I submit that the Petitioner and three others gave a statement for withdrawal the above said writ petition as they are having already own houses in the same survey number i.e. 17/1 of Yeduruvanipalem H/o Mulagada village and Mandal. I submit that at present on ground status of the above subject land is Vacant without having any dwelling houses.” 6. In view of the above extract, this Court is of the view that no further consideration is required in this Writ Petition. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 8.
