When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri C.Harsha Vardhana Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, the copies of the date of birth certificate, Aadhar card and ration card of the deceased clearly show that the deceased was a minor at the time of her death. 2. 3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. As can be seen from the impugned order, there is a clear observation by the learned trial Judge to the effect that, either the Prosecution or the Complainant has not placed any documents in proof of the date of birth of the deceased. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is disposed of and the impugned order dated 15.05.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.597 of 2022 in S.C.No.326 of 2018 on the file of Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Vijayawada, The Petitioner is directed to place the originals of death certificate, Aadhar Card and Ration Card of the deceased before the trial Court and the learned trial Judge is requested to look into the issue once again, by taking the said material into consideration and take appropriate decision over the matter. 5. is set aside.
