Heard from the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3. After hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of the writ petition finally directing B.D.O, Derabish (O.P. No.3) in the District of Kendrapada to disburse the sanctioned amount in favour of the Petitioners under Antyodaya Gruha Jojana as per Annexure-2, if the said sanction order will not have been cancelled in the meanwhile. 4. It is made clear here that, On production of the certified copy of this order along with the copy of Annexure-2 before B.D.O., Derabish (O.P. No.3), he (O.P. No.3) shall disburse the amount sanctioned under Annexure-2 in favour of the Petitioners by following the procedures and the guidelines of the Government as per law within a week, if, the said Annnexure-2 will not have been cancelled in the meanwhile.
