The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Sahibganj (M) P.S. Case No. 45/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 302, 504 & 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Sahibganj. 4. On 10.04.2022, petitioner alongwith co-accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members, due to which several persons sustained injuries and father of the informant namely Nural Hoda succumbed to his injuries. 5. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons including these petitioners. It was further submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as co-ordinate Bench of this Court earlier. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sahibganj in connection with Sahibganj (M) P.S.
