The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No. 304 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 333, 126(2), 115(2), 76, 324(5), 351(2), 352 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro. 3. 18.10.2025 at about 8:30 A.M., petitioner alongwith co-accused persons entered into the house of the informant and assaulted her daughter. 4. It was submitted that daughter of the informant has not sustained any injury and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph no. 7 of the bail application. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro in connection with Balidih P.S.
