Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly in view of the fact that the suit was filed in the year 2004 and therefrom about 20 years have been passed, instead of interfering with the impugned orders, I dispose of the present civil writ petition with direction to the trial Court to decide the civil suit, if pending with it, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
