Case No. 219 of 2024 arising out of Raidih P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gumla. 3. On 27.06.2024, at about 8:30 a.m., petitioner was waylaid by unknown persons. The dacoits looted Rs. 60,000/-, mobile phone and other articles from the informant. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has submitted that the petitioner has been identified in T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that Bail Application of co-accused Mahindra Panna has been rejected by this Court earlier. 5.
