Mr. Mangal Debbarma, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents, has produced the memo dated 13.05.2025 issued by the Directorate of Secondary Education, Government of Tripura whereby the petitioner has been granted regular pay scale to the post of Graduate Teacher (Secondary) with effect from 06.12.2017 along with past service benefits by counting of cumulative past service as rendered by him on regular pay scale as Forester under the Forest Department, Government of Tripura except seniority. Let the memo be kept on record.
Mr. Arijit Bhowmik, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed.
In that view of the matter, the instant contempt petition is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
