No.424/ A1/16 dated 11.7.2016 passed by the 1st respondent and consequently, direct the respondents to restore the petitioner into service with all consequential service benefits. If the petitioner has been still kept under suspension and not issued with a charge memo, then the impugned order of suspension has to be revoked and the petitioner has to be re instated. On the other hand, if indeed, a charge memo was issued, the petitioner should have been proceeded departmentally in the disciplinary proceedings. The petitioner cannot be kept under suspension for a long period unless a case was filed by the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti Corruption (DV&Ac). 2. There are no indications of any corruption against the petitioner. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with the following direction: https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 25907 of 2016 (1) to re instate the petitioner, if the petitioner has not been issued with a charge memo pursuant to the suspension order; (2) to pay subsistence allowance to the petitioner, in case, he has not been paid; (3) to complete the disciplinary proceedings, if any, which has been initiated against the petitioner; 3.
