The present application has been filed on behalf of applicants-appellants under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. The application is duly supported by an affidavit of applicant No.1.
2. Reply to the application has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1/Insurance Company, wherein, prayer for dismissal of the application has been made.
3. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit of applicant No.1, this Court finds sufficient cause to condone the delay of 30 days that has occurred in filing the present appeal.
4. Consequently, the application is allowed and the delay of 30 days that has occurred in filing the appeal, is condoned.
