GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “ .... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents, particularly respondents 4 and 5 at the instance of respondents 6 to 9 in insisting me to appear before their authority and to vacate from my landed property of Ac. 0.72 Cents covered by S.No.517/1 of Amberpeta Revenue Village of Bhimadole Mandal in Eluru District (Formerly West Godavari District) and deliver the same to respondents 6 to 9, without there being any authority of law or sanction of law, as illegal, irregular, irrational and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 4 and 5 not to interfere in any manner with my personal life and liberty nor insist me to vacate from my said property and pass ....” 3 2.
