Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners in the present petition are working with the respondents since 2008 on the post of Lab Attendant / Ward Boy and put in more than 15 years of service against the Digitally signed by V PADMAVATHI Date: 2025.08.07 10:44:54 +0530 Wps 8602 of 2025 2 sanctioned posts of Lab Attendant / Ward Boy, lying vacant with the respondents. Therefore, they be considered for regularization against the said vacant posts available, considering the period of service rendered by them. 2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, and taking into consideration the facts that the petitioners herein put in more than 15 years of service on the sanctioned posts of Lab Attendant / Ward Boy, the writ petition at this juncture, stands disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for regularization in their service in accordance with Rules and regulations governing the field at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. While deciding the same, the authorities shall also consider the recommendation made in favour of the petitioners by respondent-2, the Joint Director, and Superintendant, Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Smriti Hospital, Government Hospital (Mekahara), Raipur. 3.
