GP FOR COOPERATION (AP) The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in not allowing the petitioner to attend his duties on the ground that he has attained the age of superannuation of 58 years on 30.9.2017 without issuing any notice 2 and without passing any orders on the representation dt.31.8.2017, as being illegal arbitrary and unjust consequently declare that the petitioner herein is entitled to be continue in service till he attain 60 years of age in terms of Section 3 of the A.P. Public Employees Regulation of Age of Superannuation Amendment Act 2014 Act No 4 of 2014 and to pass...” 2. Sri Prabhu Dev, learned counsel representing Sri M.Adam, learned counsel for the petitioner through online would submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
