The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Simdega P.S. Case No. 127 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2), 317(5) of the B.N.S., Section 4, 21 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, Rule 4, 54 of the Jharkhand Minor Minerals Concession Rule, 2004 and Rule 9 & 11 of the Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining Transportation and Storage) Rule, 2017, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. 3. On 13.10.2024, at about 04:30 P.M., the District Mining Officer, Simdega intercepted a dumper bearing Registration No. OR14R-1052 from Bhathhi Toli, Simdega. On search, 270 C.F.T. stone chips were recovered from the seized vehicle. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since last two months. It was further submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega in connection with Simdega P.S.
