Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo, which reads as under:
"The Counsel for Petitioner beseeches this Hon'be Court to dispose of the instant WP since the Respondent has made the said WP infructuous for the following reasons: 1) The Respondent was served with the
Order dated 24/12/2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court however she never challenged the said
Order. 2) The Respondent was also given the liberty for modification of the said Order, however the Respondent did not take any action.

NC: 2025:KHC:5550 WP No. 35195 of 2024 3) The Respondent did not bother to come for the visitation with the child in BMC despite this Hon'ble Court granting her permission for visitation and neither did she respond to the SMS sent by Petitioner and hence making the child wait in BMC unnecessarily. Hence, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to dispose off the said Case as infructuous."
2. Copy of the said memo has been served on the
learned counsel for respondent, who does not have objection for the same.
