On query petitioner submits, he has not disclosed the power of attorney but it stood disclosed before the Commission. 3. Petitioner is required to produce the appeal papers in respect of said Appeal no. 603 of 2019, enclosing the power of attorney, by which he claimed authority to prosecute the appeal of Kishan Lal.
