Following order was passed in the matter on 16.12.2025: - “Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated nil, December, 2025 from the Director School Education, Himachal Pradesh alongwith office order dated 15.12.2025. Since the aforesaid office order is not in conformity with the directions issued in the judgment in question, learned Additional Advocate General prays for and is allowed two days’ time to place on record revised consideration order. List on 18.12.2025.” 2. Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 17.12.2025 from the Director School Education inter-alia placing on record fresh consideration order of 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? the even date, in terms thereof, services rendered by the petitioner on contract basis w.e.f. 15.07.1997 followed by her regularization on 01.01.2006, are to be treated as qualifying service for the grant of pension. 3. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for the redressal of her surviving grievances, at an appropriate stage, in case need so arises.
