Appellant-plaintiff had filed the suit in the year 1992 for declaration and mandatory injunction to the effect that the acts of the defendants in not allowing the plaintiff to mark his presence at his place of posting and non releasing of salary etc. were illegal. Other prayers had also been made in the suit. The suit of the plaintiff/present appellant was dismissed and the appeal filed by the present appellant was also dismissed. 2. A perusal of the paper-book would show that there is no interim order in favour of the appellant. 3.
