Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, interest of justice would be served in case this petition is disposed of with liberty that the representation filed by the petitioner is ordered to be decided by the Authorities concerned within some reasonable time. 3. The petition is disposed of with the direction that let the petitioners file a fresh representation on the issues raised in the writ petition within a period of six weeks from today and the Authorities concerned shall decide the same within a period of three months as from the date of receipt thereof.
