Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that the petitioner had earlier moved before this Court in A.B.A. No. 9324 of 2023 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn and there is no changed circumstance, in view of that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner may kindly be rejected. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdrawn this petition with the liberty to move before the learned court. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has got no objection. 5. Permission is accorded. 6. As such, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 7.
