At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office letter dated 17.12.2025, and on that basis submits that the admissible DCRG and Leave Encashment due to the petitioner have been released in his favour. Learned counsel further submits that that only interest component on delayed payment of retiral 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
