Mr. Vishal Kumar, learned Advocate representing for Opposite Party No.1 &2 (owner and driver of offending vehicle) is also present. It has been stated by both the sides that matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Both the sides agreed that lumpsum amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (one lakh) including the interest, has to be paid by the Insurance Company to the claimant/appellant.
