This writ appeal arises against the order in W.P.No.8453 of 2021 dated 23.09.2022, wherein, the 3”^^ respondent therein was directed to issue notice to the petitioner therein calling for explanation and upon submission of the same, the respondents therein were directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 2. The learned counsel for the appellant/3''’ respondent therein submits that the 1®* respondent herein worked in the appellant’s organization and he failed to turn out for duties and as such having waited for some time, ultimately on the complaints received from the respective department, the charge memo dated 26.03.2018 was issued, but the 1®' respondent herein/the employee of the appellant-college refused to receive the same and refused to co-operate with the enquiry inspite of sending several reminders by way of Ultimately, the appellant terminated the services of the 1®‘ respondent herein as per the Rule VI (5) of the Service Rules governing the college and its employees.
