The basis of such correction is the high school certificate. Without entering upon the merits of such application, we deem it appropriate to direct the second- respondent to accord consideration to petitioner's prayer for correction in the date of birth in the passport, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of a copy of this order before the concerned authority.
