Learned Counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for sometime, submits that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the jurisdictional court and make necessary application seeking regular bail. He submits that having regard to the medical condition of the petitioner and also taking into consideration that he has undertaken to cooperate with the police for the purpose of investigation, the Trial Court may be directed to consider his bail application on merits and dispose of the same at the earliest. 2. The aforesaid submission is placed on record. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.
