When the writ petition came up for consideration on 20.02.2025 this Court directed the 3rd respondent to ensure that law and order is maintained in the petitioner's locality. 3. Heard; the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. 4. The learned Government Pleader submitted that, there is a crime registered against the petitioner's husband at the instance of the party respondents. Subsequent to the interim order, there has been no law and order problem in the petitioner's locality. In the light of the above submission, I am of the
WP(C) NO. 6874 OF 2025 4 2025:KER:25675 view that a quietus can be given to the writ petition, by directing the 3rd respondent to ensure that law and order is maintained in the petitioner's locality, without interfering in any civil dispute between the petitioner and the party respondents.
