Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for the following reliefs:- “A. That writ may kindly be issued quashing the order dated 21.11.2025 (Annexure P-11). B. That writ may kindly be issued directing the Respondents to mutate the land comprised in Kasra No. 667/1, 1047, 1050, 1051, 1052 and 1053/1 measuring 5 Kanal 11 Marle situated at Upper Mohal Mcleodganj Mauja Dharamshala District Kangra, H.P.” 2. This Court is of the considered view that in light of office order that has been passed by the Conservator of Forest(s), 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:44480 Dharamshala Circle, which stands assailed by the petitioner before this Court, the remedy of the petitioner is not before this Court but before some other Authority. This is more so in light of the fact that there is observation made by the Authority in the impugned order that as far as the attestation of mutation is concerned, the same is not within the competence of Forest Department. 3. Accordingly, these proceedings are allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Authority, in accordance with law.
