JUSTICE SANJEET PUROHIT Order 14/11/2025 In the present restoration application, application (I.A. No.1/25) is filed for taking legal heirs of petitioner on record. For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed. Amended cause title is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of legal heirs of the petitioner submits that due to death of petitioner, legal heirs were not aware about filing as well as dismissal of the writ petition in default. Recently, proceedings have been started by the concerned SHO and thereafter only, the restoration-petitioners came to know about the dismissal of the writ petition vide order dated 09.12.2021 for non-compliance of the peremptory order passed on 01.03.2021. In view of the reasons stated, the restoration application is allowed. The civil writ petition is ordered to be restored to its original number and the same may be listed accordingly.
