Learned counsel for the parties submits that the issues raised in these petitions stand covered by the decision of the Co-ordinate Bench delivered on 31 January 2023 in the case of Ashok Bansode Vs State of Maharashtra1. This decision is placed on record. 3. In terms of the above decision, this Court has held that once the petitioner has executed the sale deeds in respect of other properties in favour of the authorities, there is no question of them claiming any ground rent or any further amounts, than those set out in the sale deeds. 4. Therefore, by adopting the reasoning in the said decision, we dispose of these petitions. No order as to cost. 5. The Interim Application No.18420 of 2022 in Writ Petition No.2208 of 2021 does not survive and is disposed of. The dispute, if any between the parties in Interim Application and original petitioner, in any event, cannot be gone into in 1 Writ Petition No.575 of 2022 3 11.44.WP.2208.21.docx these petitions.
