Against the said order, the petitioner has statutory alternative remedy by way of an appeal as provided under Section 56 of the Act, which remedy has not been availed. The petition under the circumstances is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to avail the statutory alternative remedy available to it for redressal of its grievance.
