Mr. H.S. Rawat, Additional A.G., for respondent No. 2-State. Cr. M.P. No. 5647 of 2025 By way of present application, a prayer has been made to extend the time to comply with the order dated 19.09.2025. As per the application, compounding fees has although been deposited, but the same has been deposited after the prescribed period, as mentioned in the order. 2. Vide order dated 19.09.2025, the applicant- petitioner was directed to deposit the compounding fees, within a period of eight weeks, from 19.09.2025, failing which, it has specifically been held that the applicant will surrender before the learned trial Court. 3. Admittedly, said order has not been complied within the stipulated time, by the applicant due to the financial constraints. Now the same has been complied with. 4. Considering the fact that order has already been complied with, the same is deemed to have been complied with, within the stipulated period. 5. Since, the said order is held to have been complied with, within the stipulated period, as such, the petitioner, who is presently lodged in District Jail Chamba, is ordered to be released forthwith, if not required in any other case. 6.
