Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents on written instructions dated 07.09.2018 would submit that there are civil disputes pending between the parties and that civil suits are also pending before the concerned civil Court in this regard and that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders by recording the said submission. 3 4. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before the concerned civil court where the civil suits are pending adjudication. No order as to costs.
