Prayer in the application is for condoning the delay in filing the appeal against the impugned order dated 07.03.2025. The application gives out cogent reasons and explanation for condoning the delay. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objections in allowing the application.
In view of aforesaid, the application is allowed. Delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The application stands disposed of.
