On 11.07.2014, this Court passed the following order: “…… Hence, pending further orders, petitioners are permitted to make an appropriate representation seeking postmatric scholarship on the basis of the eligibility claimed by them, and if such representation is made, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, within four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.” 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri D.L.Pandu, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that by efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. 4. Given the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. However, this order will not preclude the petitioners from availing the benefits, if any, as per their eligibility. No order as to costs.
